Background: Pressure injury (PI), also known as pressure ulcers or bedsores, it often occurs in elderly and bedridden patients. The pressure injuries not only causes wound pain, but also may lead to sepsis if the wound becomes infected. Therefore, effective prevention of pressure injury is an important issue.
Objectives: Exploring the Evidence and effectiveness of the development and application of pressure Injury prevention bundle care.
Methods: Used the keyword and search the database of EMBASE、Cochrane librbay、CEPS and Pubmed.
Results: Total 9 articles were included for review reading. Pressure injury preventive bundle care effectively reduce the incidence of pressure injury and improve nurse staff awareness and compliance. And the prevent strategy was from basic skin care evolution to moisture management and medical device care.
Conclusion: Pressure injury preventive bundle care effectively prevent the occurrence of Pressure injury. In the future, need more clinical applications and research are needed to improve the quality of care.
